"I began journaling in 1983 when a friend suggested that I write down all the words God has spoken to me and what He does in my life. This has proved to be the best way for me to get to know God and to show me more about myself. Many times when in a difficult situation, I would write what I was experiencing only to have God respond in some way either through prayer or His Word. And sometimes those times with Him would be confirmed through something that would happen that day. My desire is to encourage and challenge others to take time to be alone with Him and watch Him at work in their lives."
